New Client Information

Getting Started:

All new clients must complete a registration process that includes a meet-and-greet before services can begin. This process ensures that your pets receive the best care possible.

A sitter will meet with you in your home to collect your house key, verify care information, and provide you with forms to fill out and sign. Your sitter will also get acquainted with your pet(s). Strangers can be scary, and we want your pets to see your sitter as their new best friend.

Please contact us at least a week before services need to begin to ensure the registration process can be fully completed before the start date. We can make exceptions for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
