Policies and Procedures

  • We do not charge for additional pets. Our pricing is based on the time needed to complete the requested services. For multiple animal households, this may mean longer appointment times.

A maximum of two dogs can be walked at a time. If you have more than two dogs, we will book additional time slots to accommodate them.

  • New clients will need to undergo an intake process to ensure that you and your pet can get to know your caregiver. A staff member will meet your pet and verify your instructions to ensure your pet gets the best care possible.

To start this process, please call us at 727-677-1770 to speak to a team member or fill out our new client contact form.

  • When you book services, we will email you an invoice. Payment is due before services start.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

  • Your caregiver will collect a copy of your door key during your consultation visit.

For recurring services, we will keep your key on file in our office in a secure lockbox. On termination of services, your key will be returned to you or destroyed per your instructions.

For one-time services, we will return your key to you in person or leave it in a secure lockbox you provide.

We recommend giving us a physical key for your pet's safety because electronic key-coded entry methods can be unreliable.

  • If your pet needs urgent veterinary care while you are away, we will attempt to contact you before taking your pet to your preferred veterinarian (or the nearest animal emergency room, if after hours).

If you cannot be reached or the situation is particularly time-sensitive, we will act in your pet's best interest.
